“Ganeshotsav” is one of biggest festival celebrated in Mumbai. Our beloved Ganpati Bappa is welcomed with lot of zeal and enthusiasm. After spending time with his devotees Bappa Signs off to Kailash. (Visarjan) Ganpati Idols are immersed in water. And all we can witness on beach is garbage, undissolved idols, plastic items, garland etc. Beaches are brutally polluted and look like hell. This is the reason organization runs the “Beach Cleanup” initiative. Volunteers collect all the garbage & undissolved idols in one place. From there, the municipal corporation picks it up and dispose it off properly.
